How far is the property from the sea?
We are very close to the seafront and, therefore, to the beautiful beaches of Sperlonga, which can be easily reached on foot (about 200 meters).
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Unfortunately apARTments Sperlonga is not able to accommodate our 4-legged friends. However, we do have a dog sitter service available to our guests.
What is the check-in time?
Always write us your arrival time a few days before, so we can organize ourselves to best accommodate your family! You can check-in from 12.30 to 14.30 at our facility. In any case, we are always available to arrange check-in until 8.00 pm but let us know and agree on the time with us.
Is it possible to check-in before 12.30?
If you arrive here earlier, and the apartment is available, we will be happy to deliver it to you! Otherwise you can leave your luggage in our storage and return later when the apartment is ready for you.
Is it possible to check-in after 8 pm?
If you are unable to arrive before 8 pm, you can check-in in any case. For these late check-ins, you must always inform us in advance and call us one hour before arrival. After 10pm, a supplement of € 20 will be required.
What is the check-out time?
You will have time to leave our apartment until 10.00 am.
Is it possible to check-out after 10.00 am?
You can arrange a late check out until 12.00 am, only possible where there is availability. In general, let us know a few days in advance if you need to stay at home a little longer than expected, we will be happy to help you. Each unauthorized late check out has a cost of € 25.
Is there any cleaning during the stay?
You are in a tourist apartment and not in a hotel, so normally only a final cleaning is required, the cost of which is included in the final booking price. We are happy, if requested, to organize an intermediate cleaning during your stay with an additional cost that varies according to the apartment chosen. In any case, the intermediate cleaning always includes a total change of linen.
What are the payment methods?
The payment of the stay, when it is not done online, is done upon arrival. By booking from our site the payment methods are as follows: Standard booking: you will pay directly upon your arrival in cash or credit cards at our office. Non-refundable booking: in cases where there are special non-refundable offers or which require a deposit to be paid immediately, you can finalize the payment on our site by credit card in a secure way.
Are there any extra costs to pay?
You can pay the extra costs directly upon your arrival, they are as follows: TOURIST TAX: Euro 1.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. Free for children under 12. FINAL CLEANING: € 60, which is always included in the cost of the stay. LATE CHECK-IN: € 25.00 if you arrive after 10pm. LATE CHECK-OUT: € 25.00 if you leave the apartment after 10.30 am without having agreed with us the delayed exit.
What are the cancellation policies for a reservation?
By booking from our site, you can cancel or change the dates of your stay as follows: Standard booking: you can cancel or change your booking up to 7 days before arrival without penalty. Otherwise, we will only charge you the amount equivalent to the first night of your stay. Non-refundable booking: in cases where there are special non-refundable offers or which require a deposit to be paid immediately, you will not be able to cancel or modify the booking. Otherwise, you will lose the amount paid.
Does the price change according to the number of guests?
When booking, you are always asked for the number of guests. For each additional guest, there is a supplement of € 15 / person for night.
Do you pay a security deposit?
We will not ask you for any bail! In the event of accidental damage to the apartment, notify us and we will charge your credit card.
Are the apartments equipped with linen?
Each apartment is equipped with all the linen necessary to enjoy your stay to the fullest: towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen linens. There is no change of towels and linen during the stay.
Is there an elevator to reach the apartment floor?
The property has a lift to reach the apartment floors.
Is there an internet connection in the apartments?
In the apartment you will always find a fast free Wifi connection. You will find all the information you need upon arrival.
What appliances do I find in my apartment?
In your apartment, you find a fully equipped kitchen.
Is there air conditioning in the apartments?
In all the apartments of the structure you will find air conditioning.
Are there detergents and personal hygiene products?
In your apartment, you will find a courtesy kit containing soap and shampoo.
Do the apartments have safes?
Sorry, but the apartments are not equipped with safes.
Can I reach the property by car?
Where can i park the car?
Each apartment offers a guaranteed parking space at no additional cost in addition to those paid for the stay.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes: our customers can connect to the property’s Wi-Fi, completely free.
Is the structure also accessible for guests with disabilities?
The property has a lift and a ramp at the entrance. Therefore there are no architectural barriers.
